One of my customers orders baking from me each Monday. This week, it was raisinless cinnamon buns and double chocolate walnut cookies.

A fresh loaf of homemade sourdough bread still warm from the oven.

Here is an order of a half dozen cinnamon buns I made for a customer, including a cinnamon vanilla glaze.

The last few orders of cinnamon buns I have made were raisin free, but I can make them with raisins, too.

Another batch of what one customer called “the best brownies I have ever tasted”. Others have called them “delicious”, “delectable”, and “amazing”.

I use several grains, seeds, and flours in my multigrain bread. This one contains wheat, oats, corn, chickpea, flax seed, sesame seed, and pumpkin seeds.

To add a bit more colour, I also use dark honey as a sweetener.

Pizza buns are one of the most popular requests I get. These ones are just cheese pizza. I use 3 cheeses on all my pizza buns.
