I made these 2 loaves of sourdough bread to keep my family fed while I was out of town for 3 days. I am happy with how they turned out.

My oven is full today.

I am baking two loaves of sourdough bread, a batch of cinnamon buns, and a dozen hamburger buns.

A new customer ordered a dozen white chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookies. It was the second customer to order these type of cookies.

This loaf of sourdough bread is so fresh, it is still in the bread pan.

Notice the cookie batter and the rolled out pizza bun dough in the background. It is a busy baking day today.

A new customer ordered a lemon blueberry loaf. This is actually the second loaf I made. I frogt to add blueberries in the first one, so that one is for my family.

My lemon blueberry loaf has a touch of cardamom and ginger to boost the lemon flavour, as well as some large sugar crystals on top for an extra sweet crunch.

I had two orders come in for white chocolate chip macadamia nut cookies, but then I made a cookie dough with hazelnuts instead.

Does anyone want to order white chcoolate chip hazelnut cookies?
