Usually when I post photos of my sourdough bread, I show the loaf from the outside. I thought I would show you what it looks like on the inside.

I made these cinnamon buns for a customer this week. I topped them with a vanilla cinnamon glaze.

I made these hot cross buns using candied citrus peel and raisins. I had hoped to use currants but could not find them anywhere.
